Notes
A door was carved into the Wall of History in Ta-Koro that led to a set of stairs. These stairs led down to a runoff tunnel, from which could be heard the rumble of the falls. After some distance, the tunnel widened into a cave. A wide river of lava flowed through it, tumbling relentlessly toward a steep drop-off: the spectacular thousand-foot Lava Falls. Lava Falls dropped down at a sheer vertical angle into a pool of lava at the bottom.1
