The Bohrok Promotional Comic, titled Swarm, is a brief comic introducing the Bohrok to the Bionicle storyline. It was included as a small booklet in the Bohrok sets released in 2002. Two versions of the comic were distributed: one which includes normal text and dialog, and one which features minimal text and is presented in the style of a storyboard comic.
The comic starts by showing a swarm of Tahnok emerging from their nest. It then moves to Ta-Koro, where Vakama and Jala spot Kohrak advancing on the village gate. Tahu arrives just in time to stop one of the oncoming Kohrak, and he notices something strange (a krana) inside his stunned opponent. The comic ends with Tahu confronted with more attackers.
