Federation of Fear is a story that was serialized on bioniclestory.com during the first half of 2008. It follows the story of reformed Order of Mata Nui member Brutaka as he leads a band of misfit criminals to free Makuta Miserix, the former leader of the Brotherhood of Makuta.
