Frostelus were a savage species somewhere between Rahi and Toa. They dwelled in floating homes which resembled icebergs. They were highly territorial.1

Frostelus were miserable, ill-smelling, and ill-tempered creatures. They were happy to invade others' territory but hated when others invaded their own.2
