treespeak

Treespeak was a slang spoken by Le-Matoran of various islands.[1]

Notes

The Le-Matoran were the only Matoran with a special language of their own. Le-Koro slang acted like a code to keep their enemies from knowing what they were saying; naturally, it also confused their friends.[2]

The Le-Matoran of Le-Koro spoke to each other in a dialect of their own called "treespeak."[3]

The Le-Matoran of Voya Nui spoke treespeak off and on.[4]
